ANTERO gives you total control over the top sheet design of your deck.
It’s as easy as this:


1.      Choose your perfectly matched shape
 
If you need help to determine your perfectly matched shape, just use the “Board Finder”. Specify your riding style, your boot size and your weight and let us point you in the right direction.
If you know which shape is the right one for you, keep going on with the “Board Selector” which enables you to choose your favorite model on your own.
 
2.      Design your Deck
 
After you’ve selected the right ANTERO model simply click the button “Download Template” and save it on your local computer. There you go! Start designing your own top sheet graphic
Please consider our design guides before you start:
·         The file format of your graphic must always be.png.
·         The used color format must always be RGB.
·         The minimum resolution of your graphic file must be 150 dpi.
·         The size of your file must be 2010 x 9862 pixels.
Your artwork needs to fill up the whole rectangle, not only your individual board outline which is marked in your downloaded template. Please also consider the bindings area when you design your art, to avoid that your real masterpiece gets hidden behind.
Keep in mind that ANTERO is not responsible for any copyright or third party rights violations. You are obliged to verify by yourself that you are not infringing any third party trademark rights or copyrights.
 
3.      Upload your finalized graphic
 
After having finished your designing process you just need to upload your graphic according to the design guides given before.


4.      Buy now
 
Buy now! Just fill in your personal data in our order sheet and send it to us! As soon as your order is accepted you receive an electronic invoice, which can be seen as the official order acceptance. Once we receive your payment your board gets produced! Pay some money, wait 14 days and your self-made masterpiece will show up at your
door!

The Paint By Numbers program allows you to personalize a predefined Antero graphic concept by modifying the colors of various elements within the graphic.
Individual… you bet! There is a 1 in 531,441 chance you will create the same design as another rider. Talk about being unique! Any of these graphic concepts can be applied to your perfectly matched shape.

Now you can choose your favorite graphic concept out of our actual P.B.N. collection. All graphics can be applied to your perfectly matched shape, making Antero very different from any other snowboarding company.
 
3.      Choose your favorites colors
 
Make your board unique by choosing your favorite colors out of the proposed palettes. Individual… you bet! There is a 1 in 531,441 chance you will create the same design as another rider. Talk about being unique! Any of these graphic concepts can be applied to your perfectly matched shape.
 
4.      Finish & Save
 
Is your deck finished? Just give your board a personal design title. Complete it with your self personalized, laser engraved, topsheet diecut metal badge that states you as the Designer. Click “Save” and your masterpiece gets stored in your personal account.


5.      Buy Now
 
Buy now! Just fill in your personal data in our order sheet and send it to us! As soon as your order is accepted you receive an electronic invoice, which can be seen as the official order acceptance. Once we receive your payment your board gets produced!
 
 

 
In most cases the colors of your snowboard design will correspond to the color preview on your computer. But you have to consider that different screen settings can cause color variances. Deviations between the colors on your monitor and your final board design can particularly arise if you use bright colors.
Antero is not liable for such color deviations caused by monitor/display or application color mode settings. Additionally color deviations don’t fall under accepted warranty claims.
 

At ANTERO we give you the ability to create and ride your own self-creation: You are the art director of your individual snowboard graphic. We offer you the following options to design your own board:

ANTERO STANDARD COLLECTION:
Our Standard collection is made of designs of our collective team. Regardless of what shape is right for you, you can have the graphic you want on it. This is just another way ANTERO allows you to be in control of what YOU ride. Each deck comes with a self personalized, laser engraved, topsheet diecut metal badge stating your ownership.

The ANTERO board finder will help you determine what shape is just right for you. This works just like your local shop kid should, but without the too cool for school attitude you get from them. Specify your boot size, your weight, your riding style and your experience level and let us point you in the right direction.
 

 
If you want to be one of the lucky owners of a new ANTERO Board or Basic - it’s as easy as this:
 
1.       Choose your favorite product
2.       Proceed to check out
3.       Provide us your order information
4.       Choose your payment option
5.       Check & submit your order
 
 

If you designed your ANTERO Board or chose your favorite ANTERO Basic, simply click the button “Add to Cart”.  Your chosen products are now saved in your shopping cart but not yet purchased. You can still delete products or simply add new ones to your list.   

If you your order is complete, simply click the button „Checkout“. If you are already registered, you just need to enter your log-in details and your personal information will be uploaded automatically. If this is your first time with us, simply set up your new account and enter your details here.

 
If you are already registered at ANTERO you can select your already saved delivery and billing addresses. If you want your products being shipped at a different address, simply select it or set up a new one. If your billing and delivery address are the same, just activate the box “My billing information is the same as my delivery information”. As soon as your delivery address is completed you can calculate your individual shipping costs by clicking “Calculate shipping”.
 
Important note: We ship your package with TNT Express. Please make sure that someone will be present when your parcel is arriving. If you don’t have the possibility to be present you can of course provide us with a delivery address of your friends or your neighbors. Please also provide us with a valid phone number, where our logistics partner can reach you in case that no one will be present at the time your package arrives.
 

At ANTERO you can choose between two payment options: prepayment and credit card.

Wenn du mit deiner Bestellung zufrieden bist, dann klick einfach auf den Button „Bestellung absenden“ und deine Bestellung ist auf den Weg zu uns. Sofort erhälst du auf deine angegebene E-Mail-Adresse eine Bestellbestätigung. Sobald du eine elektronische Rechnung von uns bekommst, gilt deine Bestellung als angenommen. Sobald der Rechnungsbetrag auf unserem Konto eingelangt ist, geht dein Board in Produktion oder dein gewünschtes Shirt wird versandfertig gemacht.

Credit Card

Immediately after you send us your order you receive an order summary by e-mail. The summary can be seen as a proof that your order reached our office. As soon as your order has been checked and accepted by our team you receive an electronic invoice, which can be seen as the official order acceptance.

We ship your package with TNT Express. Please make sure that someone will be present when your parcel is arriving. If you don’t have the possibility to be present you can of course provide us with a delivery address of your friends or your neighbors. Please also provide us with a valid phone number, where our logistics partner can reach you in case that no one will present at the time your package arrives.
 

If your board is finished and ready for shipment you get an e-mail notification with your individual tracking number. The tracking number enables you to check the status of your order anytime you want.
 

As soon as we receive payment, your board starts running through all production steps. In entire Europe your new self designed deck will show up at your door in approximately 14 days.

All shipments for boards in Austria are free. For all our products on store (ANTERO Basics) transit time in Europe is between 2 to 5 days.

Standard Shipping - Tariffs & Transit times for Antero BASICS

For our Antero Basics we offer you special shipping tariffs and transition times. You can save shipping costs if your order value is higher than € 50 as you can check in the table below:

An increased limit of liability option is already included in your shipping costs. For loss or damage to shipments below 10 kilograms the limit of liability is 450 Euros per shipment, for loss and or damage to your shipment from 10 kilograms the limit of liability is € 45 per kg.

It is important to know that individualized boards (individual designs, color choices and snowboards with personal messages in the metal plate) are expressly excluded from the right to withdraw the contract. All sales are final. After you received an electronic invoice by e-mail the order is legally valid and officially accepted. This provision applies especially to snowboards with individual designs, individual color choices on predefined designs or snowboards with personal engraved messages.

For all ANTERO BASICS you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract without any particular reason within a period of 14 days. You are able to declare your revocation from the contract in written form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by return of the product within a period of 14 days. The period starts earliest at the day you receive our products. To meet the revocation period it is sufficient to transmit us the statement of revocation in written form or to resend the product within the 14 days period. The statements of revocation from the contract and/or the returned goods have to be sent to the following address:

Just get in touch with us and we help you to organize the shipment in case of returns or exchanges.
 
If you return your products you will get your money back within a period of 14 days. You have by the way the chance to use the already paid money as a bonus for the purchase of a new product.

If we delivered the wrong products to you (e.g. Shirt in a wrong size, Cap in a wrong color, etc) we pay the entire return shipping costs for you.
In case that the products you ordered are exactly the products you received and you want to send them back, you need to pay the return delivery costs. But we help you organize the shipment in case of returns or exchanges, just get in touch with us under info@ANTERO-snowboarding.com.

For all boards we offer a 2-years-warranty from the date of purchase. The 2-years-warranty is not extending to damage resulting from misuse, neglect or abuse, normal wear and tear, breakage (except breakage resulting from manufacturing defects) or improper mounting of bindings.
 
If you have a warranty claim, just return your product to the contact address provided. If you send us your product, our warranty department analyzes the fault and chooses either to provide a repair or a replacement for your product. We are entitled to reject your order for technical, legal or ethic reasons. If we are not able to fulfill or accept your order and/or if any ordered products are not available you will be informed immediately by e-mail.
 
In general orders will be rejected if they contain racist, fascist, sexist, pornographic or other immoral drawings, designs or statements.
 
Additionally we will reject orders obviously violating third party trademark rights or copyrights. You are obliged to verify by yourself before submitting your order that you are not violating any third party trademark rights or copyrights. So please be careful on the designs you create because in case of third party seeking redress we need to pass any third party claims directly to you.

As your security is very important to us we treat all your personal data you transmit highly confidential. With using an SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) certificate we ensure that all data is passed between web server and client without misuse. Therefore we use the highly secure SSL 256 BIT encryption from Thawte.

We promise to protect your personal information. You can change or delete your personal data every time you want to in your personal account on www.ANTERO-snowboarding.com.
We use all your personal data only to fulfill and complete your order. Further we use your personal data to communicate with you: We inform you about your order status, important information and security issues.
 
If you register to our newsletter, we use your e-mail address with your commitment to inform you about latest news & happenings. You can simply unsubscribe from the newsletter every time you want to.
 

If you forgot your password you simply need to click the button “request new password” and your new password is sent to your stated e-mail address.

Your personal data will be treated strictly confidential. We don’t submit your data to any third party without asking you for your acceptance to do so.
