Frequently Asked Questions - Order process
If you want to be one of the lucky owners of a new ANTERO Board or Basic - it’s as easy as this:
1. Choose your favorite product
2. Proceed to check out
3. Provide us your order information
4. Choose your payment option
5. Check & submit your order
If you designed your ANTERO Board or chose your favorite ANTERO Basic, simply click the button “Add to Cart”. Your chosen products are now saved in your shopping cart but not yet purchased. You can still delete products or simply add new ones to your list.
If you your order is complete, simply click the button „Checkout“. If you are already registered, you just need to enter your log-in details and your personal information will be uploaded automatically. If this is your first time with us, simply set up your new account and enter your details here.
If you are already registered at ANTERO you can select your already saved delivery and billing addresses. If you want your products being shipped at a different address, simply select it or set up a new one. If your billing and delivery address are the same, just activate the box “My billing information is the same as my delivery information”. As soon as your delivery address is completed you can calculate your individual shipping costs by clicking “Calculate shipping”.
Important note: We ship your package with TNT Express. Please make sure that someone will be present when your parcel is arriving. If you don’t have the possibility to be present you can of course provide us with a delivery address of your friends or your neighbors. Please also provide us with a valid phone number, where our logistics partner can reach you in case that no one will be present at the time your package arrives.
At ANTERO you can choose between two payment options: prepayment and credit card.
If you choose prepayment, please simply transfer the total amount of your order including shipping costs onto the following account:

When transferring us your money please make sure that you quote your order number and your full name.
If you choose to pay with credit card, simply quote the name of the cardholder, the card number, the expiry date and your secure code. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Diners and American Express.
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your board is being produced or your ANTERO Basic is ready for shipment.
Nachdem du alle erforderlichen Daten angegeben hast, bekommst du durch Klick auf den Button „Überprüfen der Bestellung“ nochmal eine Übersicht über alle Artikel, die in deinem Warenkorb gespeichert sind. Du hast die Möglichkeit nochmals Änderungen durchzuführen und zu prüfen, ob alles korrekt ist.
Wenn du mit deiner Bestellung zufrieden bist, dann klick einfach auf den Button „Bestellung absenden“ und deine Bestellung ist auf den Weg zu uns. Sofort erhälst du auf deine angegebene E-Mail-Adresse eine Bestellbestätigung. Sobald du eine elektronische Rechnung von uns bekommst, gilt deine Bestellung als angenommen. Sobald der Rechnungsbetrag auf unserem Konto eingelangt ist, geht dein Board in Produktion oder dein gewünschtes Shirt wird versandfertig gemacht.
