Frequently Asked Questions - Cancelation of Contract & Warranty claims

It is important to know that individualized boards (individual designs, color choices and snowboards with personal messages in the metal plate) are expressly excluded from the right to withdraw the contract. All sales are final. After you received an electronic invoice by e-mail the order is legally valid and officially accepted. This provision applies especially to snowboards with individual designs, individual color choices on predefined designs or snowboards with personal engraved messages.

For all ANTERO BASICS you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract without any particular reason within a period of 14 days. You are able to declare your revocation from the contract in written form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by return of the product within a period of 14 days. The period starts earliest at the day you receive our products. To meet the revocation period it is sufficient to transmit us the statement of revocation in written form or to resend the product within the 14 days period. The statements of revocation from the contract and/or the returned goods have to be sent to the following address:

Just get in touch with us and we help you to organize the shipment in case of returns or exchanges.
 
If you return your products you will get your money back within a period of 14 days. You have by the way the chance to use the already paid money as a bonus for the purchase of a new product.

If we delivered the wrong products to you (e.g. Shirt in a wrong size, Cap in a wrong color, etc) we pay the entire return shipping costs for you.
In case that the products you ordered are exactly the products you received and you want to send them back, you need to pay the return delivery costs. But we help you organize the shipment in case of returns or exchanges, just get in touch with us under info@ANTERO-snowboarding.com.

For all boards we offer a 2-years-warranty from the date of purchase. The 2-years-warranty is not extending to damage resulting from misuse, neglect or abuse, normal wear and tear, breakage (except breakage resulting from manufacturing defects) or improper mounting of bindings.
 
If you have a warranty claim, just return your product to the contact address provided. If you send us your product, our warranty department analyzes the fault and chooses either to provide a repair or a replacement for your product. We are entitled to reject your order for technical, legal or ethic reasons. If we are not able to fulfill or accept your order and/or if any ordered products are not available you will be informed immediately by e-mail.
 
In general orders will be rejected if they contain racist, fascist, sexist, pornographic or other immoral drawings, designs or statements.
 
Additionally we will reject orders obviously violating third party trademark rights or copyrights. You are obliged to verify by yourself before submitting your order that you are not violating any third party trademark rights or copyrights. So please be careful on the designs you create because in case of third party seeking redress we need to pass any third party claims directly to you.
